Who we are

Porec Limited is a multidisciplinary company based in Tanzania, providing land access, stakeholder engagement, and field support services for energy and infrastructure projects. We support project developers, operators, and contractors by facilitating land acquisition, managing community relations, conducting property valuation, and ensuring smooth field operations across both onshore and offshore environments.
In addition, we offer valuation consultancy and construction services, delivering integrated solutions across both project development and property sectors.

East Africa Crude Oil Pipeline Project (EACOP)

The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) is a major regional infrastructure project designed to transport crude oil from Uganda to the Tanzanian coast, significantly contributing to regional economic development and energy infrastructure. Porec Limited supported the geotechnical and Geophysical survey phases as well as early project development activities by providing land access solutions, stakeholder engagement, and field coordination across a wide geographical area. Our involvement helped ensure operational continuity and minimized delays in project execution.
